We provide the training on English based on Siemens base and extended courses we attended being on level of Global Customer Care service. It is not simply courses as formal training only a base for material we giving to customer engineering staff. We customize the training for certain customer network configuration and include all of our real problems resolution experience and deep understanding of subject structure.

We provide the courses as well for engineers who begin to work with Siemens telecom equipment and as well for qualified staff.

The customer team training can be provided separately or can be a part of technical care agreement.
